Shipping policy

Legacy Built Brands currently ships within the United States.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is $8, with free Standard shipping on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $20.

“Custom orders typically require 7 business days for production after artwork approval. Shipping transit time is additional. Larger orders or special customization requests may require more time; we will let you know if a different production timeline applies. Express shipping speeds up delivery only, not production.”

If your order requires artwork approval, production will not begin until the design is approved. Delays in providing artwork or approval may delay shipment.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays may affect delivery.

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us promptly if you need to make a correction; changes may not be possible once the order has shipped.

If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, email

haroldsummers@legacybuiltbrands.com with your order number so we can help.
